Starting point

The final step in PLOT is to schedule the Features based on the Canvas timeline.

We have created Projects and within each Project a number of Features.

We have shaped the overall Timeline for the Canvas that depicts the time required to fully achieve the goals that we have set.

We now need to schedule the Features in a time-box manner to depict our view as to the best sequencing and timing taking into account our judgement of elapsed time and inter-dependencies.

Our Canvas timeline also illustrates the Phases that you have determined to depict the incremental uplift of capabilities.

When you schedule the features, consider alignment of the features within the Phases so that Features that may be relevant to a Phase are scheduled within the Phase timeframes.
