We have added a new Button of the Roadmap tab that switches from the roadmap planning Gantt chart view to the Monitor table of projects and features that allows you to input the actual start and end dates for the Feature, when monitoring features or target date for Change activities when monitoring the actual performance of change activities.
The default view in Monitor is to track the actual performance of the Features in the Roadmap. The table displays all projects and features and has a filter box that allows you to filter specific projects, useful for large roadmaps.
The aim of this view is to enter actual start and end dates for each Feature, the responsibility for each feature, comment regarding current status and selecting the relevant progress status.
By selecting the Monitor Change Activities, we now list all of the change activities with a filter that helps select which feature you are focusing on. We allow the user to enter the Target date for completing the change activity, comment and current status.
Monitor does not permit the changing to the planned start and end dates for Features. Change to Features planned dates are made from the Roadmap Timeline view.
In Release 2.1 we introduced the Excel export that exported the Change Activities for a Project in an Excel file. We have further expanded the content of this file with the export of the actual data captured in the Monitor step.
